Royal Mail Tracked 48 £3.95 depending on parcel weight. Your parcel will be posted within 24 hours and you will receive tracking information via email or SMS.

Same or next day local delivery in RM15 for £2.

If you select local delivery we will contact you via email, text message or call to arrange the delivery. If nobody is available at the delivery address upon arrival you will be contacted. If you are unable to accept the delivery we will take your order back with us and we will contact you to rearrange the delivery. You will be required to pay the local delivery fee again.

Returns and Exchanges

We do not offer refunds on any items at present. We are happy to exchange all items within 7 days of purchase however the purchaser will be liable for returning items so we advise using a tracked service to avoid any issues.

Please note orders purchased using KLARNA are also non-returnable and you will only be able to exchange the item for a different size.

Please also note you will be required to pay half of the delivery fee for your exchanged item.

All items eligible for exchange must be in unwashed and unworn condition with tags still attached. All items will be checked upon being received and any that have makeup stains, odours or signs of wear or have been washed will be denied for exchange and returned back to you at a cost of £3.95 for delivery.
